Australian automaker Continental is planning to release automatic lambo door sets in the near future, with a range of different sizes and styles.
According to a report in the Daily Telegraph, Continental has confirmed the first of its four models will be called the “Lambo”, which is set to be launched in Australia later this year.
The company says the lambo sets will be a collaboration between the company’s existing Lambo range and a new design that will offer a “uniquely Australian twist”.
“We’ve designed a range to suit a range, which we believe will create an exceptional experience,” Continental Australia director of manufacturing and logistics Paul Dickson told the paper.
“This design will combine the design elements of the iconic Lambo door set, with the latest design technologies.”
It will be designed to provide a more modern and streamlined interior design, while retaining the iconic character of the Lambo, and offering a modern and innovative design with the capability to deliver a better overall experience for our customers.
“Dickson confirmed the lombas will be manufactured in the United States, but did not reveal any details about the size and model range.
A number of other manufacturers have also revealed plans to introduce their own lambo designs in Australia, with Continental’s entry into the market potentially having a significant impact on the local auto market.
Last year, BMW announced it was planning to produce a range that could rival Continental’s in terms of design and functionality.
